Meet Your Head of Office
Italian-Brazilian Giancarlo Reiter Ostetto was born and raised in Brazil before reconnecting with his roots in Italy. As a registered lawyer in both Brazil and Italy, Giancarlo leads the talented team at our Italian office.

His legal career began in Brazil at a top law firm specializing in insurance claims. After passing the BAR exam during his final year of university, he gained experience in various fields of law while working at his family firm. In 2017, Giancarlo moved to Italy to help Brazilian nationals claim Italian citizenship by descent. By 2021, he established himself as a European lawyer in Italy.
Lexidy recognized Giancarlo’s expertise and entrepreneurial spirit and invited him to help launch our Italian branch. With a passion for modernizing legal services and making law accessible, Giancarlo played a crucial role in Lexidy’s expansion in Italy, doubling the team’s size in just two years.
Beyond numbers and growth, Giancarlo credits Lexidy’s success to the clients they serve. Their unique stories and experiences drive the team’s passion and innovation every day.
Outside the office, Giancarlo is a tech enthusiast, an avid online gamer, and a devoted anime fan. He’s also a traveler who loves discovering new places and experiences around the world.
